So let me get a small update going.
I haven’t been around as much as I have been a little busy. First I have been busy with work I do on the side with video and such. Mostly this damn 8mm to DVD project that’s looking to be 5 DVD’s long. So dumping all that film into the computer took forever and just last night I finished the editing. I still need to combine film rolls together to make DVD sets, color corrections, sharpen and mix in music and all they have given me is about 3 hours of music. I need about 5 more hours of music. And with all this video its not like any of is exciting but ohh well.
The other thing killing my time is I got a job with Corsica Technologies as a bench tech and at first I was working 7 days a week, then 6 days and now Ive got my weekends back less an emergency comes in. My first week was hell as things were running so fast and Saturday night when I thought I could rest on Sunday I was called at 10pm and asked if I could help finish the networking and migration job at this law office in Annapolis. I said sure. Little did I know Id be leaving my house at 5am and getting home at 11pm. The office was huge and a lot of work had to be done.
So yeah, I’ve been busy but the pay is amazing!
